Carl Henson is an award-winning strategist, keynote speaker, and fractional executive who has led organizations through growth, reinvention, and digital transformation.
He holds a Doctorate in Marketing with research focused on AI, and he has helped businesses grow by aligning revenue systems, optimizing performance, and unlocking the power of new technologies.
Carl is best known as "The AI Sales Doctor" for his unique ability to diagnose challenges and prescribe AI-powered solutions that work. Whether in sales enablement, marketing execution, or organization alignment.
With a background that blends strategy, systems thinking, and a deep passion for education, Carl makes emerging technology accessible and helps teams move from confusion to confidence.
Why "MarZeka"?
The name MarZeka (pronounced "mar-ZEH-kuh") combines "Mar" (Marketing) with "Zeka," the Turkish word for intelligence.
